About the Group

One group. Many players.

Jazz Management is a company built as a family of brands across services & entertainment. Not a single agency — and not a holding company: every brand keeps its own true owners. There are no shares. What they share is one name, one philosophy, one identity and one tempo.

The Idea

A jazz bandleader brings distinct players together so the whole sounds like one.

That is exactly how Jazz Management plays — many brands, one harmony, one tempo. Improvisation backed by mastery. Perfect timing. Ensemble over ego.

The name stays timeless and premium so it can carry many brands for years — while each one keeps its own owners and adds its own accent to the shared monogram.

How We Play

Confident, warm, never loud.

01
Ensemble over ego

We credit the whole, not the soloist. The group is the story.

02
Improvisation, mastered

Spontaneous and assured — always backed by real craft.

03
Quietly premium

We don't shout. The work carries the volume.

04
Timeless, not trendy

Built to read well for years — not for a season.

Brand Architecture

A family of brands — every one carries the JM name.

Alaa El-Gedawy

Founder

Alaa El-Gedawy is an entrepreneur who studied entrepreneurship in Los Angeles, California. He founded Jazz Management in 2022 to give independent brands the backing of a group and the freedom of a soloist — one premium identity above, room to improvise below. From Cairo, the group composes across entertainment, technology, media, events, services and new ventures.

“Six divisions. One rhythm.”
